Information Collection

MCI is the sole owner of the information collected on www.meetingconsultants.com. MCI collects information from our users at several different points on our Web site.

We request information from the user on our contact us and request for information form. A user must provide contact information (such as name, email, and address). This information is used only by Meeting Consultants to follow up on information requested or to provide additional information or scheduled updates.

We request information from the user on our newsletter signup page. A user may provide their name, email to receive news and other information via email. If a user wishes to subscribe to any of our electronic newsletters, we require only an email address.
