During
the management process, our Project Management software
application allows us to define a management plan and
monitor the assignment and status of all tasks against
a predefined, critical-path timeline.
Our
task list is extremely detailed and draws on Meeting
Consultants’ 25
years of event management experience. Throughout the
project, real-time updates are made to the plan. The
Event Management Report (EMR) provides tools for monitoring
job progress, timeline deadlines, resource allocation
and labor utilization reports. Our registration and
hotel management system allows Meeting Consultants
to monitor hotel room block status reports, attendee
registration status in comparison to historical data
as well as providing up to the minute current information,
and attendee database information with query capabilities.
Special attention is always paid to tasks on the critical
path to ensure key milestones are met.
