When managing an event, Meeting Consultant's management fees include
the management of all common services and requirements across multiple
vendors.
Following the concept development and strategic planning phases
of the project, Meeting Consultants will meet with
all vendors to determine and discuss their specific
responsibilities
and their timeline requirements. These individual
requests are consolidated into our detailed Event
Management
Report (EMR). As needed, this report is forwarded
to the venues and all vendors. In many cases, we are
able
to combine several service orders into a single request
and negotiate a discounted volume rate on key services.
The Event Management Report (EMR) allows each vendor
to see their requirements as they affect the overall
meeting. It also allows for optimum vendor scheduling
and greater cooperation on how the job is managed
and completed.
